Dear Friends,

This issue is the bicentenary Circular notice. It is a one page issue, short on purpose.

I did not want it to be extensive, but I want to let you know it is time for me to know your choice, so please reply, answering this simple question:

Do you want to continue to receive the Circular?

If not, please send me a line to that effect.

If you would like to continue to receive the Newsletter, then send not one line but 10, include your resume as of today, either renew what you have or make corrections to the one that you sent in the past.

You must include the From V graduation year, at MSB or at any other school your might have attended after MSB.

For most of you the next issue is not going to contain photos as I have been told that the attachments are a problem to download in TT and in other parts of the world. There seems to be a limit as to the speed or file size with the servers. Please indicate if you would like to have photos included.

So to keep the Circulars with the photos you must say: YEAH and send in the 10 lines.

This Circular does not have a photo or attachment, so do not look for it, hoping that this way all those in the list might get this No.200.

Remember that the contents of this Circular is not my creation but your MSB interchange site. You are the News and you are the provider of these news.
